To receive a login, password and link to the authorized images, Entrants should send an e-mail to the address found at the bottom of the Short Entry Form. (By logging in and downloading any images from the NEXT web site, Entrants acknowledge that they are entering into a legal agreement with NEXT to only use these images for the creation of videos for the "Manga Messiah" Video Competition and not for any other purpose.)
The Short Entry Form should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address found at the bottom of the form.
Entrants who are making multiple submissions should submit a separate Short Entry Form for each of their videos.
This Short Entry Form is in the Adobe Acrobat® (PDF) format, so you'll need the free Acrobat Reader plug-in to view and print this form. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system already, click on the button below to download it from the Adobe web site, then follow their instructions for installing it.
